6. Payments and Subscriptions

We offer a limited number of free credits each month. Free credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

6.2 Paid Credits

You may purchase additional credits ("Gold Credits") for a one-time fee. Purchased credits do not expire but are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6.3 Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions provide enhanced features and credits. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.4 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our Service, we generally do not offer refunds for:

Purchased credits that have been used
Subscription fees for periods already accessed
Credits remaining when you cancel your subscription

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time and to withhold rewards in cases of abuse or fraud.

8. Data Retention

Generated memes are stored for 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. You are responsible for downloading and saving any content you wish to keep. We are not responsible for content that is deleted after the retention period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

AI-generated content may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of any face swap or generated content.
